We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager – Smart Security Systems to oversee and manage the operations, maintenance, implementation, and continuous improvement of smart security and surveillance systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical and operational experience in managing systems such as CCTV, access control, smart door locks, barrier gate systems, and integrated security solutions.

This role requires leadership capabilities, project coordination skills, technical problem-solving abilities, and experience managing operational teams and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations for smart security systems projects and services
• Lead operational and technical teams to ensure efficient service delivery and project execution
• Monitor installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system performance activities
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are properly executed
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, vendors, and internal departments regarding project and operational matters
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, tender documentation, project costing, and Bill of Quantities (BQ)
• Monitor operational KPIs, project timelines, SLA compliance, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and safety requirements
• Identify operational improvements and support continuous enhancement initiatives
• Support product and solution development aligned with market trends and customer requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Security Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of working experience in CCTV, surveillance, access control, alarm systems, or related smart security systems
• Experience in leading technical or operational teams is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge in CCTV systems, access control systems, smart security solutions, and basic networking
• Good troubleshooting, project coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple operational tasks effectively
