Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily scheduling, appointments and coordination
- Accompany director to meetings and appointments when required
- Handle basic administrative and operational tasks
- Ensure smooth daily workflow and assist in organising tasks efficiently
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and good etiquette at all times
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, punctual and organised
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude
- Possess valid driving licence and able to drive within Klang Valley
- Prior experience in PA, admin, customer service or property industry is an advantage
