Job Summary

Responsible for day-to-day operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of data center IT infrastructure to ensure continuous availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform break-fix support on servers, storage, and network equipment
• Install, configure, and test IT hardware and systems
• Monitor infrastructure (24x7) and respond to alerts/incidents
• Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, and performance issues
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections
• Maintain asset inventory and documentation
• Follow SOPs, MOPs, and escalation procedures
• Support data center projects (migration, expansion)

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Networking, or related field
• 1–4 years experience in IT support / data center / NOC
• Basic knowledge of servers, Linux, networking
• Willing to work shifts (24x7 environment)

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
