Job Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end campaign execution: brief, build, test, send, and report.
- Run broadcast communications to a large customer base across email and messaging channels.
- Build and manage lifecycle programmes tied to customer behaviour: onboarding, retention, and reactivation.
- Coordinate campaign delivery across analytics, IT, and creative teams that you do not manage.
- Establish and maintain campaign performance reporting: open rates, click rates, conversion, opt-out rates.
- Write clear briefs that other teams can act on without follow-up questions.
Job Specification - Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on campaign execution experience.
- Lifecycle programme experience, built or managed flows tied to what customers actually do.
- Skill in reading performance data and draw own conclusion.
- Working experience in financial services, digital insurance, fintech, or another sector where customer communications carry legal or compliance weight will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,700.00 per month
