Job Responsibilities
1) Project Coordination (Primary)
- Maintain project schedules, trackers, change logs, decision logs and risk registers across active workstreams.
- Arrange meetings and issue minutes within one working day.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prepare sign-off documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on deliverables and approvals.
- Prepare weekly project status updates.
2) Small Project Ownership (Growth Track)
- Take ownership of assigned small-scale initiatives end-to-end, including:
- Mobile application feature enhancements (notification updates, FAQ improvements, minor UX changes).
- Internal process automation using Google Workspace tools or no-code platforms.
- Single-vendor engagements and focused enhancement projects.
- Draft requirement specifications, coordinate developers and vendors, and manage testing through to roll-out.
- Escalate blockers with proposed options and recommendations.
3) Ad-Hoc Administration & Compliance
- Assist with the annual KPKT Personal Financing Transaction Report.
- Prepare procurement documents (PR, PQ, PO) as required.
- Support section colleagues with vendor liaison and documentation as needed.
- Maintain audit-ready filing and departmental document index.
Job Specification - Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, Management or a related field from a recognised Malaysian or international institution.
- 2 to 3 years of working experience in project support, project coordination, business analysis or digital operations within a structured corporate environment.
- Genuine curiosity about technology, digital products and process automation.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Notion, Trello) or no-code automation tools (Google Apps Script, n8n, Make) is an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organised and confident in cross-team follow-ups.
- Prior experience in financial services, fintech or a regulated industry is preferred but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
