Job description:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing & E-commerce Executive to grow our brand presence and manage our online sales channels in Malaysia. You will be responsible for running digital campaigns, managing e-commerce platforms, and driving online revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn).
• Manage and optimize e-commerce stores (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, WooCommerce).
• Handle SEO/SEM to improve website visibility and ranking.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
• Create engaging content and social media postings to attract target audiences.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, sales, product) for promotions and campaigns.
• Support online customer engagement, including responding to inquiries and managing reviews.
• Stay updated on digital marketing and e-commerce trends in Malaysia.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business or related field.
• 1–3 years working experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics).
• Good communication skills in English, Mandarin.
• Creative, analytical and able to work under minimal supervision.
