Job Summary

The Hydraulic System Engineer is responsible for the design, development, testing, optimization, and troubleshooting of hydraulic systems used in construction machinery, agricultural machinery, mini excavators, skid steer loaders, compactors, dumpers, and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities

· Design hydraulic systems and circuits for machinery and equipment.

· Develop hydraulic schematics using CAD software.

· Select hydraulic components including pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, hoses, and fittings.

· Perform hydraulic calculations including flow rate, pressure, force, and efficiency.

· Optimize hydraulic systems for performance, durability, and cost.

· Support prototype development and testing.

· Troubleshoot hydraulic system failures and performance issues.

· Prepare hydraulic drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.

· Coordinate with suppliers and provide technical support to production and after-sales teams.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hydraulic system design or mobile hydraulic systems.

· Strong understanding of hydraulic circuit design and troubleshooting.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or related CAD software.

· Ability to read and create hydraulic schematics and technical drawings.

· Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

· Experience in construction or agricultural machinery is an advantage.
