We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketer to join our team!

Here are the responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, creating, and sending out email campaigns.
• Manage subscriber lists, segmentation, and email automation.
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for training programs and internal events.
• Ensure campaigns align with brand identity and business goals.
• Manage and update company’s Telegram channel with engaging content.
• Monitor audience engagement and optimize posting strategies.
• Create a persuasive copywriting for emails, Telegram posts, and campaign materials.
• Work with the team to create clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.
• Collect and interpret data from digital campaigns (email, social media, Telegram, etc.).
• Provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness based on data.

Desired skills & requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, email platforms, analytics tools, social media platforms).
• Good writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
