Junior Business Development Manager – IT Recruitment
Job Summary
The Junior Business Development Manager is responsible for supporting business growth by identifying new clients, developing relationships, and promoting IT recruitment and staffing services. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and collaborating with recruitment teams to fulfill hiring requirements within the technology sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT and technology market.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, LinkedIn, and sales activities.
- Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
Client Management
- Understand client hiring requirements, project needs, and workforce challenges.
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants to ensure timely delivery of suitable candidates.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Handle client inquiries, service feedback, and account management activities.
- Support contract negotiation and service agreement discussions.
IT Recruitment Support
- Promote permanent, contract, and project-based IT staffing solutions.
- Work closely with recruiters to understand candidate availability and market trends.
- Assist in matching client requirements with suitable IT professionals.
- Support recruitment campaigns and talent acquisition initiatives.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and business development goals.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and business forecasts.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions.
- Support proposal preparation, quotations, and recruitment service presentations.
Networking & Branding
- Participate in industry events, career fairs, and networking activities.
- Build professional relationships through LinkedIn and other business platforms.
- Promote company services and strengthen employer branding initiatives.
