Responsibilities
1. Kickstart Interview Preparation
Ø Begin interview preparation.
Ø Design banners and flyers.
Ø Review designs with COO/OM for approval before printing.
Ø Schedule open interviews, distribute flyers, and hang banners at company/van route locations.
Compile Data/Phone Inquiries
Ø Update name list in the database.
Ø Maintain communication with active job seekers.
Ø Screen candidates and match suitability with the company’s requirements.
Ø Brief candidates about the salary and benefits package..
Before Interview Date
Ø Call hall vendor to book the venue.
Ø Invite candidates for the open interview.
Ø Remind drivers about the open interview schedule.
Ø Follow up with all potential candidates.
Ø Remind candidates about the interview session and advise them to bring the required documents.
During Open Interview/Interview Session at Company
Ø Attend to candidates and understand their background and work experience.
Ø Have candidates fill out a job application form for the position most suited to their qualifications.
Ø Screen candidates thoroughly and explain salary and benefits packages.
Ø Match candidates' suitability with company requirements.
Ø Fill in application form for fresh graduates.
Ø Attach all relevant documents as per company requirements.
Ø Brief candidates about company regulations and salary packages.
5. Interview Data/Results
Ø Record hired and rejected candidates' names.
Ø Follow up with candidates and drivers to ensure medical check-ups are completed.
Ø Inform the person in charge about the medical status of candidates.
Ø Send the final hired list to the person in charge for further action.
Ø Ensure each job application form is completed and all required documents are attached.
Intake/Orientation
Ø Receive intake date updates from HR or COO.
Ø Call and text hired and rejected candidates to update their job application status.
Ø Print out the intake name list and hand it over to the person in charge.
Ø Follow up with dropout candidates.
Ø Prepare contract letters for new joiners and have them signed.
Ø Brief new joiners on rules and regulations, salary packages, and contact information for their person in charge.
Ø Brief The New Joiners Regarding Rules & Regulations, Salary Package And The Contact Of Their Person In Charge
Completion Intake
Ø Hand Over All The Documents To Person In Charge Of The Company Client For Futher Action
Ø Collect All Banners & Clean Up To Keep It For Next Interview Usage
JTK Report submission to HR Dept
The report includes:
1. Report Period
Ø Specify the reporting month (e.g., March 2025)
2. Company Name(s)
Ø Indicate the company/client(s) the report covers (e.g., Paramit, EMC)
3. Interview Summary
Ø Number of candidates attended
Ø Number of candidates hired
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,245.76 per month
