Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Coordinating and administering employee benefits, including leave, insurance, and other entitlements.
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and local labor laws
• Submit and follow up MBSJ licensing matter (guidance provided).
• Assist with staff attendance matter.
• Providing support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
• Maintaining confidentiality and privacy of employee information.
• Coordinate training programs and staff development initiatives.
• Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Assisting with the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
• Undertake any or any other related task as and when deemed necessary.

Requirement:

• At least Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource or related field preferred.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word.
• Good communication skills and team work.
• Able to perform task independent.
• Able to travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
