Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer to support enterprise project delivery and platform enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow PPM implementation, platform development, configuration, customization, and integration. The candidate is expected to lead technical deployments, provide solution design expertise, and ensure successful implementation aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions with a focus on PPM modules.
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.
• Develop and maintain workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
• Perform platform administration, troubleshooting, and optimization activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and APIs.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and security standards.
• Support testing, deployment, documentation, and post-implementation activities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and implementation.

Strong experience in ServiceNow PPM modules, including:

• Project Management
• Demand Management
• Resource Management
• Agile Development
• Financial Management

Strong scripting and customization skills using:

• JavaScript
• Glide API
• AngularJS
• Jelly

Experience with ServiceNow integrations:

• REST
• SOAP
• MID Server
• APIs
• Proven track record in successful ServiceNow deployment projects as a lead developer.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
