Responsibilities
Customer Service Executive (Non-Voice) – Skincare Project
Location: Menara Shell, Kuala lumpur
Working Hours: Rotational shifts (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM/ 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Work Schedule: 5 working days per week (2 rotational off days)
Market Supported: Hong Kong (HK) & Taiwan (TW)
About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to support customers for a leading skincare brand through non-voice channels such as email and chat. The role will support the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets and requires strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
