Sales Consultant is responsible for providing technical and commercial support to customers by recommending suitable construction materials and system solutions. This role focuses on understanding project requirements, delivering solution-based sales, and ensuring optimal product selection for performance, cost, and compliance. The consultant works closely with contractors, developers, consultants, and internal teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Understand client needs and recommend the right consultation and solutions
• Recommend suitable construction materials, including hardware, paint systems, and building products
• Offer technical advice on product application, installation methods, and system performance
• Follow up consistently with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively
• Achieve individual sales targets and support overall team performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferably in construction materials, hardware, or paint industry
• Highly motivated and self-driven with good interpersonal skills.
• Team-player, independent with high level of commitment and integrity.
• Outgoing with a pleasant and positive attitude.
