Job Description:

* Lead QA activities for large-scale enterprise programs
* Manage end-to-end test management processes and delivery
* Develop and oversee test automation frameworks and performance testing activities
* Lead and coordinate distributed testing teams
* Work closely with stakeholders and business teams to ensure quality delivery
* Support testing activities in fast-paced operational environments
* Provide status reporting, risk management, and issue escalation

Requirements:

* 8–10+ years of overall IT experience
* 4+ years of experience in QA Lead role
* Strong experience in test management for large enterprise systems
* Understanding of Oil & Gas business processes (Refining, Supply Chain, Asset Management, HSE, Trading preferred)
* Experience in test automation frameworks and performance testing
* Experience leading distributed testing teams
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay: RM8,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
