Operation Manager (Inbound & Outbound)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: RM3,000 – RM5,000 (Based on Experience)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operation Manager to lead and manage our inbound & outbound operations efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of handling daily operational activities while ensuring excellent service delivery and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inbound & outbound operations
• Monitor operational workflow, scheduling, and reporting
• Manage and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers
• Ensure smooth execution of operational processes and SOP compliance
• Identify operational issues and provide effective solutions
• Improve productivity, efficiency, and service quality
• Prepare operational reports and performance analysis
• Support management in strategic operational planning

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Tourism, or related field
• At least 2–5 years of experience in operations management
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and team management abilities
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Experience in travel, logistics, customer service, or hospitality industry is an advantage
