- Develop and execute business development plans in alignment with company goals.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships to strengthen the company’s offerings.
- Lead client acquisition efforts through effective sales presentations and well-prepared proposals.
- Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.
- Develop and maintain an organized filing system.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including official letters and emails.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer call inquiries, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Manage customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the given time frame, followed by effective resolution.
- Handle processes related to loan applications, grants, and incentives.
- Prepare, manage, and distribute all correspondence, notices, memos, and related documents.
- Actively engage in business development activities to reach out to clients.
- Support HR initiatives, including employee engagement activities and building impactful employer branding content on social media and other online platforms.
- Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including candidate screening and interviewing.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.
