Business Office Assistant

Business Office

Support inpatient charges, discharge documents, payments, refunds and appointment records.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Key in all inpatient charges daily before discharge.
  • Prepare complete discharge documents and send on time.
  • Collect payments and deposits.
  • Handle refunds and forms.
  • Schedule and record appointments correctly.
  • Stay updated via WhatsApp group.
  • Inform patients or next of kin about discharge bills.
  • Balance cash and card transactions at shift end.
  • Assist with calls and other assigned tasks.
  • Follow all hospital SOPs and policies.
