Job Descriptions:

• Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at site.
• Coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and approved procedures.
• Monitor project progress and report site status to Project Engineer or Project Manager.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company HSE procedures.
• Arrange site materials, equipment, and manpower requirements.
• Resolve site issues and coordinate with consultants, clients, and relevant authorities when necessary.
• Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and site documentation.
• Ensure housekeeping and proper site organization at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil works, construction methods, and site coordination.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage site schedules and manpower effectively.
• Familiar with site safety practices and quality standards.
• Able to work independently and under minimum supervision.
• Possess valid driving license and willing to travel to project sites if required.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office and basic project reporting.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
