Position Description
- The Kitchen Crew is a vital part of the culinary team at Restaurants, responsible for supporting the kitchen operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality, authentic, and delicious dishes.

- The Kitchen Crew will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards, contributing to the overall guest dining experience.
1. FOOD PREPARATION & KITCHEN OPERATIONS
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, peeling, cutting, and measuring, as directed by the chefs.
- Support the cooking process by following recipes and plating guidelines under the supervision of senior kitchen staff.
- Ensure all food items are prepared, cooked, and presented according to the restaurant’s quality standards.
- Maintain proper storage of ingredients and prepared dishes, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste.
2. CLEANLINESS & HYGIENE
- · Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, workstations and utensils before and after use.
- · Adhere to strict personal hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- · Dispose of kitchen waste properly and ensure the kitchen environment is tidy and organized.
- · Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
3. TEAMWORK & COMPLIANCE
- · Work collaboratively with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- · Follow instructions from the Head Chef and supervisors promptly and accurately.
- · Comply with all safety and sanitation policies, including proper handling of kitchen tools and equipment.
- · Support colleagues during busy periods to maintain workflow and meet service demands.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
