Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Cross-Border Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to manage stock movement and logistics operations between Johor Bahru and Singapore. The role includes coordinating deliveries, handling inventory and stock taking, monitoring stock accuracy, and ensuring smooth cross-border operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage cross-border logistics operations between Johor Bahru and Singapore
• Monitor and arrange stock transfers, deliveries, and inventory movement
• Perform stock taking and ensure inventory accuracy
• Maintain proper stock records and update inventory systems
• Check incoming and outgoing goods to ensure accuracy and condition
• Coordinate with warehouse, suppliers, transporters, and related parties
• Resolve logistics or inventory discrepancies promptly
• Assist with packing, labeling, and operational support when required
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and cross-border regulations

Requirements:

• Physical strength
• Valid driver’s license and passport
• Discretion and confidentiality are essential
• Familiarity with inventory control practices.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
