Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting operations
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, official receipts, and journal entries
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Perform bank reconciliation and monthly closing activities
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities when required
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Support administrative and finance-related tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge in full set accounting and Malaysian accounting practices
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of SST, statutory submissions, and financial reporting is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Familiar with AutoCount, SQL Accounting, or other accounting systems
• Immediate availability is preferred

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
