Responsibility And Authority:

• In charge of cleaning and sanitation
• Planning and implement equipment calibration
• Laboratory analysis from microbiological analysis, chemical analysis and sensory analysis
• Perform sampling and analysis test according to the lab schedule
• Monitor critical control point
• Perform daily quality checking from raw materials to finished products
• Perform daily cleanliness checking on production cleanliness, personal cleanliness and GMP
• Responsible for document management systems
• Collect and compile statistical quality data
• Document internal audit and other quality assurance activities
• Ensure SOP and SSOP is practiced in factory
• In charge of pest control program
• Monitor the performance of supplier based on receiving inspection
• Assure ongoing compliance with HACCP
• Online QC checking
• Have a good understanding of food safety

Qualification And Experience :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree /Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in related field.
• Required Language (S): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Candidate must be well versed with MS Office.
• Candidate should possess a good personality, able to work under pressure and positive attitude.
• Candidate must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
• Candidate must posses own transport.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
