We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Project Engineer (Solar) to support the execution and coordination of solar PV projects. This position is suitable for Junior Executives / Fresh Graduates who are eager to build their career in the renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and monitoring solar PV project activities at site.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Ensure installation works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and site records.
• Conduct site inspections and assist in resolving technical issues.
• Monitor material delivery and site manpower coordination.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Attend project meetings and provide project updates when required.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge in solar PV systems or construction projects is an added advantage.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to solar PV projects or renewable energy industry.
• CIDB Green Card certification is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of TNB/SEDA requirements will be beneficial.
