The Admin Sales Support Executive provides administrative and operational support to the sales team and plays a key part in improving sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What will you be doing?
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and sales operations
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure order fulfilment
- Track sales performance, generate reports, and analyze sales data
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
- Monitor order status and resolve issues in coordination with relevant teams
Job Requirements/Details:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Degree.
- At least five (5) years' of working experience in the similar capacity.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Work day - 5 days (Monday to Friday).
- Position available at HQ in Kuala Lumpur (next to Lotus Supermarket, Selayang)
- Accessible via MRT Bus (via Sri Delima Station).
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
