Join our team as a Warehouse Executive (Contract Basis) and play a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and inventory management. In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, and outbound logistics. You will also ensure accurate stock records, maintain proper documentation, and support operational improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and service levels.

Job Description:
- Ensure warehouse staff follow material allocation guidelines based in the agreed floor plans and effectively manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, and outbound activities.
- Monitor and ensure all physical movements of goods, including incoming and outgoing transactions and transfers between multiple warehouse locations are accurately updated in the system within 24 hours.
- Ensure all incoming goods are checked according with the specifications and stored in designated warehouse locations within 24 hours or on the same day if necessary.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliation, variance control, ensuring stock cards are updated after each movement.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and take corrective actions as needed.
- Monitor and manage schedules for incoming and outgoing shipments, including cross-checking physical items against supplier delivery orders or shipping checklists to prevent discrepancies.
- Ensure all warehouse documentation (Packing List, Supplier Delivery Orders, Transfer Orders, Customer Delivery Orders) is maintained and updated in compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Verify and submit replenishment requests to the Finance Department in a timely manner.
- Daily tracking of stock levels for 15 key items and, if necessary, submitting restocking requests to Business Relations & Purchasing Department.
- Update incoming goods and monitor stock movements at external warehouses.
- Support warehouse system enhancements, digitalization, and process improvement initiatives.
- Lead warehouse supervisors and operational teams to meet operational KPIs and service level targets.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
Must Have
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a warehouse executive role.
- Strong knowledge in warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock management.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Language proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Good to Have
- Experience in monthly stock counts and cycle counting.
- Experience managing inventory accuracy and stock variance control.
- Ability to lead and manage supervisors and warehouse teams effectively.
- Strong analytical skills in operational and inventory performance monitoring.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley when required.
Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
