Job Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and candidate sourcing
• Screen resumes and arranges interviews
• Support onboarding and HR administrative tasks
• Update candidate database and recruitment records
• Assist with social media recruitment postings
• Perform general HR and administrative support duties

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree students in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, eager-to-learn attitude.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic online tools
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
