Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of marine and marathon-related events
• Assist in preparing proposals, budgets, timelines, and event layouts.
• Support logistics and on-ground operations during campaigns and races
• Engage with stakeholders, vendors, sponsors, and volunteers
• Assist in oversee route mapping, logistics planning, and coordination with local authorities for road usage and safety protocols.
• Assist with basic research or public outreach related to marine ecosystems (if applicable).
• Support administrative tasks and data entry as needed
• Manage race pack collection, participant registration, and on-ground logistics such as signage, barricades, hydration stations, and timing systems.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or related field.
• Strong interest in maritime operations, port management, or shipping logistics.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
• Candidates residing nearby or within Pulau Indah will be given preference.
• RM600 Monthly Allowance = Diploma. RM800 Monthly Allowance = Degree.
