Responsibilities
Job descriptions:-
1. Processing of sales orders according to policies.
2. Monitoring of stocks and backorders.
3. Preparation of invoicing.
4. Allocation of backorders.
5. Coordination with production managers on sales issues.
6. Liaise with warehouse on incoming stocks and distribution.
7. Provide support of sales team.
8. Accuracy in maintain documentation and reports.
9. Updating issues on sales and distribution on daily basis.
10. Coordinates and liaison with freight forwarders on east Malaysia shipment arrangement.
11. Processing of outbound advice to warehouse.
12. Coordinates with finance pertaining to sales operations issues.
13. Liaise with production on FG stocks.
14. Handling customers’ inquiries.
Job requirements:-
1. Diploma / Degree in related field.
2. At least 2 years and above working experience.
3. Working location: Klang, Selangor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
