Responsibilities

Marketing Executive (Exhibition/Roadshow)
Monday to Friday
9:30am to 6:30pm

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing / Event Coordination Executive to support our marketing department with event coordination, administrative tasks, and post-event reporting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Coordination & Support:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events (e.g., roadshows, canopy events).
  • Handle logistics for events, including booth setup, manpower coordination, and managing the cashier counter.
  • Ensure all event displays are set up according to plan and check the quality of booth displays.
  • Oversee price tags, promotional materials, and other necessary items at the event.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors for event-related needs and ensure timely deliveries and setups.
  • Guest and Supplier Management:
  • Manage guest invitations and follow-up on attendance for events.
  • Maintain clear communication with suppliers to ensure all event requirements are met.
  • Attend to suppliers and provide assistance when required, ensuring smooth event operations.
  • Administrative & Reporting Tasks:
  • Prepare and check voucher and claim reports related to events.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports by brand after each event.
  • Maintain and update event data using Excel; generate relevant reports as needed.
  • Support the preparation of event-related documentation and assist in license applications for each event.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
  • System and Software Proficiency:
  • Utilize ERP systems for event tracking and coordination.
  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting, data analysis, and event follow-up tasks.
  • Basic graphic design knowledge for marketing or e-commerce needs (e.g., creating simple banners, ads, or social media assets).
  • Communication & Collaboration:
  • Participate in marketing meetings and seminars to stay up-to-date on industry trends and share insights.
  • Support cross-functional teams, providing assistance in marketing and promotional activities.Requirements:
  • Proven experience in event coordination or a similar role within marketing or sales.
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems for event and sales tracking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Basic graphic design skills (using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva) are a plus.
  • Ability to handle logistics, manpower, and overall event management.
  • Flexibility to attend events, suppliers, and marketing meetings as required.
  • Can work on weekends.
  • Have own transportation, can commute.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with roadshows, trade shows, or canopy events.
  • Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and digital tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
