* Follow up with clients on payments (calls, WhatsApp, email)
* Send reminders & track payment status
* Handle basic admin work (filing, data entry, documentation)
* Assist boss with admin tasks
* Support daily office operations

* Good communication skills
* Able to speak & write English, BM & Mandarin
* Basic computer skills
