Location: Kempas Baru

Responsibilities:

• Compile and execute monthly closing activities for Accounts Receivable.
• Generate and analyze monthly sales reports.
• Prepare and ensure timely submission of monthly output tax reports.
• Maintain and update debtor records and related data.
• Issue AR adjustments, credit notes (CN), and debit notes (DN), ensuring proper documentation and filing.
• Monitor and ensure receipt records are accurately updated with support from subordinates.
• Prepare and distribute debt collection schedules and aging reports.
• Supervise debt collection activities and follow up on overdue accounts to resolve payment issues.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to address and resolve account discrepancies.
• Perform daily AR operations efficiently and maintain accurate record-keeping.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in accounting or above.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Computer literate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
