Responsibilities
Compliance, Admin & Accounts Executive
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance, Admin & Accounts Executive to manage our company's statutory contractor registrations, official correspondence, foundational HR, and basic accounting functions. This role is the operational backbone of our business, ensuring that our licensing is always active, our digital/physical files are audit-ready, and our daily financial transactions are accurately recorded.

Job Requirements & Qualifications
Requirement
Preferred Profile
Experience
2–5 years of combined experience in administration and basic bookkeeping, preferably within the engineering, construction, or facility management industries.
Education/Skill
LCCI, Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent practical bookkeeping experience.
Technical Know-How
Hands-on experience with CIDB CIMS, e-Perolehan, statutory HR portals, and SME accounting software (e.g., SQL Account, AutoCount, Xero).
Language
Strong business communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English for formal drafting and communication with government bodies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Financial & Licensing Integrity: Zero lapses in statutory licensing validity, and 100% of monthly bookkeeping data entry completed by the 7th of the following month for management review.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
