Project Planner Executive (KL Site)Job Description
Radical Internetwork Sdn Bhd is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Project Planner Executive to support project planning, scheduling, coordination, and monitoring activities for ongoing KL site projects.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Planning Manager, project teams, and internal departments to ensure project timelines, reporting, resource coordination, and operational activities are executed efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.
Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, work plans, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are executed according to approved schedules.
- Track project deliverables and highlight any delays or scheduling conflicts.
- Support project forecasting, workload planning, and resource allocation activities.
- Assist in monitoring manpower, machinery, and material readiness before project commencement.
Coordination & Project Monitoring
- Coordinate with internal departments, site teams, vendors, and stakeholders for project updates and planning inputs.
- Follow up on outstanding action items and ensure timely coordination between teams.
- Monitor order fulfillment and ensure project deliverables meet required timelines.
- Support project execution by ensuring planning information is updated and communicated effectively.
- Participate in project meetings and provide planning-related coordination support.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports, trackers, dashboards, and planning updates.
- Maintain proper planning documentation, records, and filing systems.
- Update project trackers, manpower allocation records, and planning databases.
- Assist management in monitoring project KPIs and overall project performance.
- Prepare presentation materials and planning reports for management review.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure planning activities comply with company procedures, ISO requirements, and project standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying workflow inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
- Assist in identifying project risks, scheduling issues, and mitigation actions.
Others
- Perform ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in project planning, scheduling, coordination, or project support functions.
- Fresh graduates with strong organizational and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, or other scheduling tools will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced project environment.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within teams.
- Willing to travel or be stationed at project sites when required.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
