We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Generalist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with around 2–3 years of HR experience who are passionate about recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, warning letters, and HR correspondence
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS database accurately
- Support employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
- Conduct exit interviews and assist with employee retention initiatives
- Ensure HR practices comply with Employment Act and company policies
- Assist in HR administrative functions and other assigned duties
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant HR experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices is an advantage
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
