Job Summary
Support HR operations across multiple service centres by managing HR administration, maintaining records, updating HR systems, and coordinating recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave data
Prepare HR documents (e.g. contracts, renewal letters)
Update and maintain HRMS data
Coordinate recruitment (job postings, interview scheduling)
Maintain training records and track compliance
Assist in HR reporting and data compilation
Support vendor coordination and general HR administrative tasks
Requirements
Diploma in HR, Business Administration or equivalent
2–4 years of HR administration experience
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Preferred
Familiar with HR systems (e.g. JustLogin or similar)
Experience in multi-site or service environment
Basic knowledge of Singapore employment practices
Good coordination and communication skills
Proactive and able to work independently
Other Information
Experience in social service / healthcare sector is an advantage
Able to support multiple stakeholders across locations
Comfortable with administrative and process-driven work
Immediate or short notice candidates preferred
