Responsibilities

Mega Raya Sdn Bhd is a fast-growing media, PR and digital marketing agency based in Cyberjaya. We work across integrated communications, media management, creative production, digital campaigns, PR, content development, traditional media and alternative marketing.

We are looking for a Marketing Executive who can manage key client accounts, coordinate multiple media deliverables, and support the full execution of campaigns from planning to reporting. As our main client portfolio includes government-related communications, this role is ideal for someone who is professional, organised, responsive, and familiar with fast-paced stakeholder management.


As a Marketing Executive, you will act as the main coordination bridge between the client, internal team, media partners, vendors and production teams. This is not a purely administrative account servicing role. We need someone who understands how media campaigns are executed on the ground and can confidently follow through from brief to delivery.


You should be comfortable handling media buying, PR coordination, digital marketing, out-of-home advertising, creative production and project management. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, calm under pressure and able to manage government-style workflows, approvals and timelines.


Key Responsibilities

Manage and service key client accounts, especially government-related projects and campaigns.

Coordinate end-to-end media campaign execution, including media buy, PR, digital marketing, social media, out-of-home advertising, TV, radio, print, portal placements and creative production.

Prepare campaign timelines, work plans, media schedules, quotations, status updates, reports and presentation decks.


Liaise with clients, media owners, vendors, influencers, production teams, designers, copywriters and internal management to ensure smooth delivery. Support PR and media relations activities, including press release coordination, media placement, interviews, editorial content and event-related publicity. Assist in digital campaign coordination, including social media content planning, paid ads monitoring, influencer coordination and campaign performance reporting. Coordinate creative production requirements such as videos, posters, motion graphics, event materials, campaign visuals, copywriting and presentation materials.


Track project progress, deadlines, deliverables, approvals, budgets and documentation.

Attend client meetings, prepare meeting notes and follow up on action items promptly.

Ensure all campaign deliverables meet client expectations, brand requirements and agreed timelines.

Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations, Excel trackers, cost sheets, media plans and post-campaign reports.

Requirements

Candidate must have experience in account servicing, media, advertising, PR, digital marketing, communications, production or project management.

Must understand hands-on media execution, including at least several of the following areas: media buying, PR, social media, digital ads, OOH, TV, radio, print, portal media, creative production or event communications.

Experience working with government clients, ministries, agencies, GLCs or public-sector stakeholders will be a strong advantage.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables at once.

Able to communicate professionally with senior stakeholders, clients, vendors and internal teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Must be proactive, responsive and willing to be hands-on when required.

Must be willing to work on-site in Cyberjaya daily.


Technical Skills

Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills are highly preferred.

Ability to prepare client-ready decks, campaign reports, media plans, budget trackers and project timelines.

Familiarity with social media platforms, digital campaign reporting, media monitoring tools or basic analytics will be an added advantage.
