About the role We're seeking an experienced Senior Facility T&C Lead to drive the testing, commissioning, and handover of mission-critical facilities. You'll be deployed to an ongoing project and lead T&C activities end-to-end, ensuring systems are delivered to specification, on schedule, and to client satisfaction. Cleanroom and data centre experience is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and own the full T&C lifecycle — from planning and pre-commissioning through to integrated systems testing, handover, and close-out.
• Develop and manage commissioning plans, scripts, and schedules across MEP, electrical, mechanical, and BMS systems.
• Execute and oversee data centre commissioning (Levels 1–5) covering critical power, cooling, and redundancy (N+1, 2N) requirements.
• Manage cleanroom T&C including HVAC, environmental controls, classification, and validation/qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Lead and mentor on-site T&C teams, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and trades.
• Serve as the key technical interface with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, reporting progress and resolving issues.
• Ensure all works comply with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Degree/diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
• 10+ years in facility T&C, with proven hands-on experience commissioning both cleanrooms and data centres.
• Strong knowledge of MEP and integrated building systems, with the ability to read and interpret design documentation.
• Demonstrated leadership of T&C teams on large, complex, mission-critical projects.
• Excellent client-facing, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Willing to be based on-site in Johor Bahru or Kuala Lumpur for the duration of the project.
