Role Description

We are seeking an Order Processing Specialist for a full-time, on-site role in Singapore. The responsibilities include managing and processing purchase and sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining efficient order management processes. The role also involves communicating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve order-related inquiries and discrepancies. This position is integral to supporting the company's logistics and supply chain functions, ensuring excellence in customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Purchase Orders, Sales Order Processing, and Order Processing
• Experience in Order Management and ensuring smooth order workflows
• Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently
• Working knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, extensives usage experience on Excel Co-pilot for order management is desirable
• Diploma or equivalent education in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
