Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Management Intern, based in Damansara Heights WP. Kuala Lumpur. The intern will assist in planning and organizing events, coordinating logistics, and collaborating with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution. Responsibilities include supporting marketing efforts, participating in team meetings, and assisting with event-related training sessions.

- Experience or coursework in Event Planning and Event Management
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to work with teams and external stakeholders
- Familiarity or interest in Marketing strategies and practices
- Ability to assist in training and on-site coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset, creativity, and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with the ASEAN region and its cultures is an advantage
- Pursuing or holding a degree related to Communications, Event Management, Marketing, or a similar field
