Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Skudai for a Sales Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the sales team, manage customer inquiries, perform data entry, and maintain organized records. Responsibilities include preparing reports, ensuring accuracy in documentation, coordinating schedules, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the sales experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Administrative Assistance and Data Entry skills with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proven aptitude for Customer Service and Communication, including interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of Sales processes and ability to support sales professionals in achieving targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
