Job Description

The After-Sales Technician is responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, repair services, and training to customers after the sale of equipment. The role includes site visits, diagnostics, warranty handling, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· A good knowledge of Construction Equipment and Agricultural Machinery such as Concrete Cutter, Plate Compactor, Walk Behind Roller, Rammer, Genset, Tower-Light, Water Pump, Crawler Mini Dumper, 4WD Mini Dumper and Lawn Mower.

• Conduct equipment installation, testing, and commissioning at customer sites
• Diagnose and repair machinery (on-site and in-house)
• Manage warranty claims and service documentation
• Provide training and technical advice to customers and dealers
• Maintain service records and customer feedback
• Coordinate with R&D & Engineering and Production for technical issues
• Report recurring product issues or improvement suggestions to R&D & Engineering

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering
• 2–4 years of experience in machinery servicing or after-sales support
• Hands-on knowledge of construction/agricultural machinery is preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Able to travel locally or regionally for service jobs
• Familiarity with technical drawings and service manuals
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
