LevelUP HCS Hiring! Full Time Recruitment Coordinator in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team at a leading Global Investment Bank in Hong Kong. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is eager to contribute to a world-class recruiting function.

• Manage and coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers, including a white glove service for high touch candidates and managers
• Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking systems (ORC), including interview feedback requests, candidate disengagement communications
• Collaborate cross-functionally with wider HR and business teams
• Support Operations Lead on a variety of operations tasks, including offer checking, docusign offer extension and more
• Work closely with the Operations Lead on a variety of Recruitment Operation projects
• Perform other related and ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
• Ability to effectively work in a fast paced, detail oriented and deadline focused environment

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2+ years experience in Recruitment Coordination/Human Resources or relevant internship in lieu of 1- 2 years work experience is also acceptable
• Technology-centric skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent prioritization, writing and oral communication skills
• A positive attitude and a \"can-do\" mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level)
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
