• Support the Food & Beverage department in restaurant service, event setup, and maintaining quality standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and contribute to departmental projects.
• Uphold the hotel’s brand standards, safety regulations, and hygiene policies.

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related degree programme.
• Strong passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural awareness and adaptability.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and high reliability.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin, Cantonese are an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
