Our client, a Fund Services Company, is seeking experienced professional to join them for their business expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong client relationship with institutional clients and strategic accounts

• Collaborate with internal Fund Operations team including fund accounting & administration, transfer agency to ensure delivery of high standard fund services

• Arrange new fund on-boarding for new clients

• Build good relationships with fund managers, consultants and legal advisers

• Coordinate small scale events/luncheons with existing and prospective clients

• Perform regular review with clients to meet the expected service level

• Prepare market updates for clients and answer enquiries from clients

• Handle ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

• University graduate in Accounting or Finance discipline

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fund industry

• Experience in servicing or dealing with institutional clients

• Solid experience in fund operations

• Good business acumen with sound knowledge of investment fund products

• Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements for different funds

• Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
