PKT Logistics Group Hiring! Full Time Human Resources Business Partner in Pulau Pinang - Ricebowl

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to manage and drive the HR full spectrum across multiple sites in the Northern Region. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring smooth HR operations, and providing HR support for our employees both at customer locations and in our corporate office. The HRBP will handle end-to-end HR responsibilities, from recruitment and employee relations to performance management.

What you'll be doing

• Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective HR policies, processes and programmes
• Manage the employee life cycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management and learning & development
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions
• Drive initiatives that support a culture of engagement, inclusion and wellbeing across the organisation
• Support the implementation of strategic HR initiatives that align with the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar HRBP or generalist HR role
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and translate business needs into effective HR strategies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• Proven track record in delivering impactful HR programmes and initiatives
• Proficient in HR data analysis and the use of HR technology
• Degree in Human Resources or a related field
