Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Petaling Jaya. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving or exceeding sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client visits, delivering product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and maintaining a deep understanding of Hilti’s products and solutions to provide tailored recommendations. Additionally, the Account Manager will collaborate with team members to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and relationship management skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of the construction industry or a related field is advantageous
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital tools for managing accounts
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset for identifying and addressing customer needs
- A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is preferred
- Willingness to work on-site in Petaling Jaya and regularly visit client locations
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team
