• Analyze client needs to recommend appropriate service packages and deliver tailored pitches and presentations
• Prepare accurate cost estimates to support pricing negotiations and finalize service agreements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., technical support, operations, and finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client issues
• Monitor sales performance against targets, manage customer relationship management
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to clearly articulate value propositions
• Ability to address client complaints and tailor solutions
