Responsibilities
- Full set account, AP, AR, admin & HR tasks
- GST filling & liaising with government/legal authorities
- Billing process
- Assist in overall office general operation duties.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Minimum with diploma in accountancy qualifications
- At least 2-3 Year(s) in handling full set of accounts, with HR and admin related experience
- Proficient with MS Office and accounting software Xero.
- Possess a positive attitude, responsible and independent.
- People oriented with competence interpersonal and good communication skills.
- Capable to take on additional tasks as assigned by superiors.
- Sensitivity to the handling of confidential information.
- Preferably available within short notice.
