What You'll Do

•        Lead SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC implementations, migrations, rollouts, and support engagements

•        Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into SAP solutions

•        Configure and optimize SAP SD functions covering Sales Order Management, Pricing, Credit Management, Shipping, Billing, Returns, ATP, Batch Management, and more

•        Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for custom developments

•        Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hyper care activities

•        Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability

•        Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer

Cross-Functional Integration

You should be comfortable working across:

•        SAP MM, FI/CO, EWM, TM, and QM

What We're Looking For

•        10+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years on S/4HANA

•        Minimum 3 end-to-end implementation projects (at least 4 years total project duration), with at least 2 in S/4HANA

•        5+ years of team lead experience, managing at least 3 team members

•        Experience on projects with 20 or more company codes and/or plants

•        Strong knowledge of SAP SD/OTC configuration and cross-functional integration

•        Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery

•        Exposure to SAP Fiori, APIs, IDocs, EDI, and embedded analytics

•        Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, retail, logistics, or public sector is a plus

•        Knowledge of AI-driven process automation is an added advantage
